For your lodging and resting needs, our room rentals are furnished with double beds or a single queen size bed. Each room includes internet connection, cable TV, and microwaves for added comfort and convenience. Guests have access to our dining area, full service bar, and patio facing the beautiful Exuma turquoise waters. Our shaded Tiki Hut is perfect for socializing and relaxing with family and friends. Daily cleaning service is provided. Bath Towels, Soap and Toiletries will be refreshed as needed by FCYC Staff.

Our beach villa gives a breathtaking view and access to a private beach. This two bedroom beach villa includes: a dining room, kitchen, cable TV, internet access, a microwave, kitchenware and utensils ready for guest use upon arrival through the duration of their stay.

All FCYC Rooms, Beach VIlla, or Dock Reservations deposits will only be refunded within two weeks prior to a cancellation notice of the expected arrival date. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is on the day of expected arrival, or there is a no show on expected day of arrival . FCYC Guests cancellations will not be accepted through third party correspondence.
